American Heritage Credit Union Accepting Applications for Annual Cecilia B. Grady Scholarship Program

American Heritage is proud to ease the financial burden of college expenses by offering thirty $1,000 college scholarships to young community members. American Heritage Credit Union’s Scholarship Committee will select the 2020 scholarship recipients based on their scholarly merits, community and school involvement, a letter of recommendation, and a submitted essay describing how their most meaningful accomplishments have impacted their future goals.

American Heritage Credit Union Announces First Front Door Program for First-Time Homebuyers will Open March 16, 2020

American Heritage Credit Union is again partnering with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh to offer members up to $5,000 in grants through the First Front Door program. The program will officially be open on March 16, 2020. These grants are designed to help first-time homebuyers with down payments and closing costs associated with the purchase and financing of a home. For every $1 contributed, qualified homebuyers could receive up to $3 in First Front Door (FFD) grant assistance, up to a maximum of $5,000.

Chairman Bruce Foulke, Executive Director Dorian Smith, and other members of the Kids-N-Hope Board of Directors presented a check to Douglas Hock, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CHOP. The donation represents the latest milestone in American Heritage’s on-going support of the hospital’s Music Therapy Program.
