What happens if I don't have a webcam or camera phone? Can I still use this service?
A camera is required to use Video Advisor. At the beginning of each call, the app will automatically configure your camera and audio settings. If you attempt to use this service without video, you will get an error stating "No camera detected."
Do I need to schedule an appointment for a virtual meeting?
Appointments are not necessary — you can request immediate service at any time! Though if you do wish to have a scheduled date and time in advance, you can click here to schedule an appointment online
What documentation should I have prepared in advance of initiating a video interaction?
It's always a good idea to have your valid state-issued identification on hand in the event our records need updating. Otherwise, we'll let you know during the interaction what else you might need to accomplish your request.
Will my account joint-owner be able to participate in a video interaction as well, even if we aren't physically together?
We can send your joint owner(s) the meeting coordinates via email and they can join on their own device, wherever they are!
