American Heritage Credit Union Presents Flags and Founding Documents, 1776-Today Special Exhibition

From one of the earliest known 13-star flags to a black-and-white-striped 23-star anti-slavery flag and a 1960s-70s-era flag featuring 50 stars in the shape of a peace sign, more than 40 rare American flags will go on display alongside historic documents beginning Flag Day Weekend, reflecting a growing and changing American nation. The special exhibition, Flags and Founding Documents, 1776 – Today, will be on view at the Museum of the American Revolution from Saturday, June 12 – Monday, September 6, 2021, as part of the Museum’s Revolutionary Summer.

American Heritage Credit Union Provides Free Protection Tools on Cards and Payment Solutions, Account Security and Travel Safety Advice as Summer Season Gets Underway

American Heritage Credit Union is educating its members and the community on how to protect and manage finances while traveling this summer as vacations and dining begin to resume to normal levels. Throughout May, American Heritage has shared educational content on their social media and in their blogs that provide security tips on protecting cards and account information, as well as free American Heritage services designed to maximize the free security features on cards and other payment tools.

American Heritage Credit Union’s Green Team hosted its inaugural Paw Pals Donation Drive for local animal shelters as well as two Adopt-A-Highway Spring Clean-Up events in Northeast Philadelphia and Lansdale, PA during the month of April. The American Heritage Green Team hosts a variety of volunteer events throughout the year to carry out its initiatives of beautifying the communities American Heritage serves while encouraging the credit union and its associates to become more environmentally friendly with their choices.

25 Miles in My Shoes Walk-A-Thon Raises $30,000 for The Kids-N-Hope Foundation

Kids-N-Hope Foundation celebrates its 25th Anniversary in 2021, and recently raised $30,000 to kick off the fundraising year during its 25 Miles in My Shoes Walk-A-Thon. The 7-day virtual event, presented by First Platinum Abstract LLC., had participants walk 25 miles at their own pace while virtually fundraising throughout the event to continue supporting The Foundation’s beneficiaries.
