American Heritage Credit Union has kicked off its 75th Anniversary by announcing member-focused give back opportunities. Celebrations include a year-long Give Back Sweepstakes, new partnership with Zogo dedicated to digital financial wellness offerings, and additional community initiatives throughout the year.

The Kids-N-Hope Foundation has announced $562,500 in annual contributions to support their mission in funding music therapy and child life services through organizations and local area hospitals, including Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Music Therapy Program. Since its inception over 25 years ago, The Foundation has raised and donated over $3.1 million for pediatric therapy programs in the Philadelphia region, including over $2.8 million to CHOP.

American Heritage Credit Union celebrates its annual giving season with its community and credit union family through Adopt-A-Family programs and donation drives to embody the credit union “people helping people” philosophy.

American Heritage Credit Union was recently honored locally by the Philadelphia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America with multiple honors for excellence in public relations and marketing. American Heritage was also honored nationally for the American Heritage Mobile Website by the Web Marketing Association, which recognizes industry bests in mobile websites, responsive websites and mobile apps.

American Heritage Credit Union employees and members collected over 8,000 pounds of food and donated $22,000 to various charities and organizations in the community during its ninth annual Spirit of Giving Food Drive. Additionally, over 300 meals and $30,000 worth of $100 visa gift cards were donated to help local families this season as well.
