American Heritage Credit Union Recognized as a Best Place to Work 2024

American Heritage Credit Union (“American Heritage”) has recently been named a Best Place to Work Extra-Large Category winner by the Philadelphia Business Journal and is among the Best Credit Unions to Work For with over $1 billion in assets by American Banker.

American Heritage is an extra-large category winner for the 2024 Best Places to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal. The Philadelphia Business Journal partnered with Quantum Workplace to select the 84 companies from around the region who make up Greater Philadelphia’s Best Places to Work For list for 2024. Employee feedback surveys ranked the companies by their composite score that evaluates the company’s culture, compensation, benefits, and trust in senior leadership to decide the winners of each category size.

American Banker honors the top 70 Best Credit Unions to Work For by partnering with the Best Companies Group. Credit Unions are selected based on the results from two surveys, which evaluate the institutions’ employee satisfaction, career development, pay and benefits, as well as internal policies. For 2024, American Heritage was ranked 51st for the Best Credit Unions to Work for overall.
